Project Description

We want you to be able to get down on the floor to be with your kids or pets and then be able to get yourself back up to seated with the strength of your core. Learn why we value this skill so much in Pilates and in life, and some ways to strengthen your abdominals so you can not just do sit ups, but actually be able to get yourself up to sitting with core control.
