Sometimes we think we have great shoulder mobility when we're actually moving our arms and shoulders from our spine. This video draws attention to the importance of stabilizing the core before moving the arms and shares an exercise on a foam roller that can help you mobilize and strengthen your shoulders without help from your spine.
